Our DETOXERCISE Mind/Body Fitness offers specialised ÇLEANSING breathing techniques, stress relief, flexibility, core strength, body Toning to UNLOCK the power of your own BODY INTELLIGENCE. We specialize in "Boutique" sessions that can be tailored to your individual needs, in the privacy of your own home or workplace OR at our tranquil venue in Southport.
We combine the power of Yoga with a synthesis of pilates like-moves that it uses repititions and strong detoxifying breathe and to cleanse the body and release the meridians (or energy) system. We work in line with the Seasons of the year to bring a special focus each season on specific areas of the body that become out of balance, and are prone to wear and tear, or dis-ease... e.g. our Autumn class is designed to clear congestion on the lungs and the digestive tract, to help with colds, flus and sluggishness!
