Our unique Boutique mind/body fitness brings the best of the ancient teachings from the East and fuses it with the latest discoveries from the West. BODY BLISS is not only exercise for the body but also the mind! We are constantly updating our classes with new ideas to help you looking & feeling forever young. BODY BLISS offers stress relief, flexibility, core strength, body toning, to improve your BODY IQ keep you looking and feeling forever young! We specialize in beginners to intermediate Group Classes and "Boutique" sessions that can be tailored to your individual needs, in the privacy of your own home or workplace. We adopt a gentler approach to Yoga with a synthesis of pilates like-moves & a style which differs from others in that it uses movement and strong breathing and repeitions to release the meridian (or energy) system. We work in line with the Seasons of the year to bring a special focus each season on specific areas of the body that are prone to wear and tear, or dis-ease... e.g. our Autumn class is designed to clear congestion on the lungs and the digestive tract...to help with colds and flues and sluggishness!
